Our goal was to drive investments in digital solutions in a smart and purposeful way, ensuring alignment with company strategy and workforce needs.

The Challenge
The company lacked a clear strategy for prioritising and investing in digital initiatives, resulting in disjointed systems and data. My task was to create a Digital Portfolio Strategy for HSE&C that would allow digital initiatives to work towards unified transformation goals, aligning business areas with different objectives and ambitions and proposing clear guidelines and governance.

My Approach
There was only one way to reach a common vision and guidelines for an integrated digital portfolio - collaboration. My work was divided into three steps:

A common vision and strategy for digital investments allowed HSE&C to work across a large and complex organisation, aligning teams towards common goals and more valuable and user-centred digital products.
